[He makes his way up to her quietly. Not soundless but not meaning to draw attention either. He unravels the scarf just the slightest bit.

That way, he can let the end of it gently drape on top of her head. He grins.]

You've been busy, Puelita.

[Sees a shadow behind her and Héctor's voice, then something marigold gently plop on her head. It takes a moment to process it all together, even while looking up.]

You found it!!! [She was ecstatic.]

[He laughs and grin at her explanation, drawing the scarf back around himself.]

I did! And I have to say, it's very cozy.

[That just makes her happier, somehow. If there was a she could be any happier.] I knew you would like it!

[Naturally, she knew everything though. (And would nod sagely if mentioned.)]

I wanted it to be a surprise for awhile~

[He puts his hands on his hips, leaning in.]

And how long exactly have you been planning this?

[How long has it been now? Hmm...]

...I think about two weeks ago.

[It was some time after Ekkehardt came back, for sure.]

[Two weeks. She made this in two weeks. That was crazy. He shakes his head and opens up his arms.]

Come here.

[hattersgonnahat]

[Two weeks on and off - there was a lot of school related things between that - but it was still two weeks nonetheless.]

[She paused for a second to prepare to give him a big hug, seeing that was what he was planning to do, and laughed.]

[Well, with that, he's going to scoop her right out of her seat and hug her tight. After a moment, he lets her go again.]

[Yeeeeey, he likes it a lot.]

I can always make you more things if you ever need it.

How'd you make this anyway?

[Easy!]

[Well okay not that easy.]

[If he really wants to know though, he doesn't have to look very hard at all. All Puella had to do was gently lift up one of the ends of the scarf and show the runes stitched into it. Some kind of subtle light blue energy was coursing through the letters, keeping it powered on.]

I learned how to make these last year.

[The stitching part of it. That is.]

[He watches her lift the scarf, awe lighting upon his face and in his eyes as he, at last, sees the runes and light running through. He dares run his fingers over it, amazed when it doesn't hurt at all.]

[He'd like it before. Now he's back to breathless.]

I think you might have mentioned that before. [She teases. She is, admittedly, a pretty damn smart kid. Other than learning that any rune can be stitched or embroidered from Jail, most of this she figured out on her own.]

[It's a big deal, but at the same time, doesn't always see it as such? Hard to remember that not everyone can do these sorts of things.]
